EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the "STAR" FERRY CO.. LTD., will be held at the Offices of Messrs. JARDINE, MATHESON & Co. LTD, Peddor Street, Hongkong, on WEDNESDAY, 16th, JULY, 1913, at 12.30 o'clock in the afternoon, when the sabjoined Rezolutions will be
proposed:
1. Tlust the Capital of the Company bo increased from $300,000 to $400,000 by the creation of 10,000 new Shares of 810 each.
2. That the Directors be and they are heroby authorised to distribute $100,000 from the Reserve Fund amongst the persons who are Registored as Shareholders of tho Company on such date as the Directors may decido by way of bouns in proportion to the number of bares held by them on anch last mentioned date and that suoli bonus be payable on such date as the Directors way appoint

3. 4. That the offer of the new Shares as referred to in Resolation (3) must be accepted on or before such dato as the Directors shall appoint.
5. That no Sbarebolder shall be entitled to an offer of any fraction of a new Stare in respect of an odd share held by king
