I am directed by His Excellency The Governor to transmit to you the accompanying Certificate from the Commissariat Department of this Colony, together with a receipt for the sum of £11.5.6 on account of Fees and Stamp Duty payable on the Warrant for the appointment of Mr. Mercer as Colonial Treasurer.
