SECOND MEETING.

The weather fortunately cleared to enable the gymkhana to be held on Satur day. The going was, of course, a trifle henvy, but there was no rain to make things unpleasant for spectators, of which there was a good number during the afternoon, The programme of Бегел events was successfully carried out, but there was not the same regard for the time table as has been seen in provipus tears, and the events dragged themselves considerably beyond the specified time H.E. the Governor was present :--
