YANGCHOW, May 24th. General Isü Pao-san, the famous "Tiger Heü," was killed at his home in Yangchow this morning at fifteen minutes to eight by the explosion of a bomb.

Several days ago he had sent a trusted messenger to Shanghai to purchase a rare specimen for his porcelain and chinn collection. Last night a sealed package was presented at the General's door. It was understood that this was the expected curio, and that the messenger had been delayed. The box was one foot long and five inches deep, scaled, and addressed, intended for the General's own hand.
