Looking to the practical outlay of former years This Department, as noted in the Margin, to the less inspended on ingent charailer of those works which remain unfinished, and to the considera tions of a general nature, I am of opinion that the sum appropriated to these services in the Parliamentary Estimate would have been most ample allowance.
