The C. P.. str. Monteagle left Van- couver, BC, for Hongkong (via usual ports of call) on the 27th January, a.m.

THE GERMAN MAIL

The 1.G.M. str. Derflinger, carrying the German mails with dates from Berlin of the 9th January, left Colombo on the 26th January, and may be expected hero on or about th February.

MEMOHANT STEAMERS.

The Mogul Line str. Atholl left Singa- pore for Hongkong on the 1st February, and is dus here on or about 8th February. The R.V.F. str. Farostar left Colombo on the 28th January, and is expected to arrive in Horigkong on the 11th February. The T.K.K. str. Buyo Muru left Man- sanillo for Honolulu on the 28th January, and is due in Hongkong on the 20th March.

The str. Glenfarg passed the Suez Canal on the 24th January, for Hongkong via Straits.

The Mogul Line str. Ghazee left United Kingdom on the 20th January, for the Far East via Straits.
