I have the honor to forward for Your Lordship's information, the accompanying Report and Estimate, Nr. 8 of 8 1847, for constructing a brick sewer in Inland Lot No. 4, from ... to ... to join the Ordnance sewer. The Report and Estimate fully explains the necessity for this service, and as the amount is only £89.10 the subject was brought before the Executive Council, on the 6th Instant, and passed; and I now beg to submit it for the approval of Your Lordship.
