Having been directed by His Excellency the Governor to prepare an Estimate of the probable Revenue and Expenditure of the Colony for the Financial year commenced on the 1st Instant, I have revised the documents which were sent in to Sir John Davis in September last, and have the honor to forward to you His Excellency's consideration, what I conceive to be the correct Estimate required. The Estimate of the Civil Disbursements will be found the same as that furnished from this Office by order of Sir John Davis in September, and therefore calls for no particular remark.
