The Treasurer's letter and its enclosures will show that the receipts may be expected to amount to £61,200, and that the estimated disbursements, exclusive of any expenditure for Tanks and Central Police Station, will amount to £71,944; and that if all the buildings now in progress be completed, and others that have been sanctioned be commenced upon, there will be a deficiency of means.
