Richard Dallas, 2. Mohawk Road, was charged at H.M.'s Police Court, Shang- hai, last Friday, for that he did on-or- between June 22nd and August 8th, 1912, at Shanghai, being entrusted with cor tain property, to wit: ten Chinese Re publican Bonds numbered 03851 to 03869, in order that he might verify and retain
Mr. Godfrey said he would like to con- sider the evidence, of which there would be a quantity in this case, before advising his client as to whether he should put forward any defoncc in that Court or reserve it, and for that reason he would ask for a remand until Wednesday morn- ing.
Kir. Dixon raised no objection, and his Worship remanded the accused until Wodnesday at 10 a.m., bail being accept- ed as before.
