Before April, 1913, there were no special regulations relating to Motor Cars, which had up to that time been regarded as on the show footing as carriages drawn by the horms.

Motor Cars had, himever, been in use in! the Colny for many years without causing any incguvunience to the public, and three- or four well-known residents (oue of whom is unfortunately dead) were in the habit of driving curs, principally along the Garden to the Pokfulam Road, and as soon Jubilee Road was opened, along that road also.
