I have the honor to transmit with this Despatch a Report and detailed Estimate from Lieutenant Colonel Phillpotts, Commanding Royal Engineer, of the Expenditure required for levelling the site of the proposed Government House and building a brick barrel drain from thence to the main sewer; and also for building main sewer from the new Public Offices, and erecting Stabling and servants rooms for those Offices; the total charge £. 2,383.4.10.
