The question of guarantees, from makers of machinery proposed to adopted, was brought forward by the Chairman and after a general discussion the Council's Engineers were requested to write Messrs. Arndt & Co., on this matter. The Engineers stated, however, that they had already done so.
The Council also discussed the question of payments for plant and the matter
