Writs of Capias, &c., how to be executed on persons out of Hongkong.
SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG, REGULA GENERALIS.
ANNO UNDECIMO VICTORIÆ REGINÆ, HILARY TERM, 1ST JANUARY, 1848.
THAT whenever personal arrest of a party at any place out of the Island of Hongkong, and within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court thereof, shall be deemed necessary in any case, the Writs or Processes issuing therefrom shall be directed to the Sheriff as usual; and the Sheriff shall issue his Warrant to one or more Bailiffs, specially to execute the said Writ or Process, on the party suing out such Writ or Process paying him the Costs and Expenses attending the service thereof.
