SOME EXCUSES OF MESSENGER BOYS, Mr. Herbert Samuel, the Postmaster General, related some amusing. stories of excuses made by messenger boys at the street Club for Working Lads in the Pavilion Theatre, Mile-end, London, last prize distribution and display of the Brady month.
