Dr Sir.
Will such evidence as
this do.
Yours truly.
N.D.E. Farker.
The Honble: the Atty Gout.
My dear Sir,
This will do. What
says Bush
himself? If he confirms this
we
can go
to trial. If we fail, it will be a lesson for the Government not to employ
incompetent persons but to
pay well
and give employment to men of sense.
Yours Sincerely.

My dear Sir,
122
Nangel Bush's Clerk
says that Livingston paid them the deposit which they
sent to the
Treasury
for Livingston, and when written to for name of the purchaser gave Mt. Livingston's. This mends the
matter.
Yours very truly,
(Signed) N.C. Parker Dr. Rev. 1847
To The Honble:
The Atty General.
If Rangel will swear to this, go on
with the action, Bush &C. must appear
to have acted as his
Agents.
