TENDERS are invited for the lease of the REVENUE FARMS in the STATE OF NORTH BORNEO from 1st Jannary, 1912, as set out hereunder --
Tenders will be received at the Olles of the Government Secretary, Suadakan, upto 12 o'clock Noow on the 1st of September, 1911, for the
day purchase of the exclusive privileges of the Farms enumerated below for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years commencing on the 1st January, 1912.
The tenderor most stato in his tender the Breusi sum offered for the Farm rent for the three years 1912, 1913 and 1914; a different sum
be offered for the first; second and third; may years respectively. The prices offered for the separate years should be framed on a sliding scale scording to the number of coelies. The tenderer must also clearly state the proportion of the amount of the Rent to be allotted to ach separate Tarm..
The Government does not hind itself to accept the highest or any tender, and reserves to itself the right of making any arrangements it may deem advisable as regards the lotting of the
Farms
The Farms above referred to are the OPIUM, SPIRIT, GAMBLING and PAWNBROKING FARMS for the whole or part of the Btata.
