GOVERNMENT ACTION.
The Conference occupied itself one day last month with resolution concerning cheap cable rates and the laying of a State-owned cable corps the Atlantic. Mr. Herberi Suurust mide an important declaration regarding the steps already taken by the Imperial Govern ment to sectira lower ribes.
