The averago net price realized was just under 66: 24d, per ib, against 54. 11d. for 1909. The cost of pruduction fob Port Swottenham was 93d. por lb, or practically the same as in 1909. After adding directors' fees, offtoo ex- penses in London, bonuses to staff on estate, and all depreciation, the total cost amounts to 14. per lb., as compared with 18. Od. for 1909, leaving a act proflt of Sa. 2d. per. 1b,, 1509. The manager 48. 101d in against estimates tho not profit for they for 1911 at 382,5001.
