(1) That Article No. 80 of the Articles of Association of the Company, which now reads:
"A remuneration for their services the
General Manager shall retain or be paid ont of the funds of the Company a salary at the rate of Soven Thousand Two Handred Dollars per annum; and a commission of Five per centum on the net profits of the Company in every year in which the nat profits shall mount to Seron por centum of the Capital of the Company."
