for five years after having been declared may be forfeited by the General Managers for the benefit of the Company. This clause shall not be deemed to constitute the Com- pany a trustee of unclaimed dirkinds and no dividends shall bear interest ne againet the Company and a dividend shall not be deemed a specialty."

(4) That the abova Resolutions shall be retrospective in their effect and that the altera- tions in the Artioler of Association of the Company thereby effected shall be deemed to have been effected and to have some into force as on the First day of January, 1910. Dated this 3rd day of April, 1911,
