SIBERIAN MAILS.- On sccount of prevalence of plague in Manchuria, the Maila Siberia are considerably delayed. The Public are recommended. not to use this route for transmission of correspondence until normal conditions prevail. There is only a weekly service between Shanghai and Dairy, leaving Shanghai on Fridays.
The Morfoo, with the Siberian Mail, is due to arrive here this ovaning.
The Polynesien, with the French Mail of the 10th ultimo, left Saigon on Friday, the 10th Inst., at 10 am, and may be expected here on Monday morning, the 13th instant,
