CORRECTION OF A MIBAPTRERENSIÓN. His Lordship--I have boon asked to correct a misapprehension which arose from a paragraph in any judgment in Chak Chin Hang . Chia Lok Hing, tho action by a contractor against the owner of the houses. I said that it seemed to be pustomary for architects not to allow contractors to have a copy of the contract. That appeared from the evidence, but I suppose owing to the fact that the onse did not come to its conclusion, the point was not contradicted, And further, in an earlier case it undoubtedly was a fart But I am told now by all the architects that it is tho ou tom for contractors to have a copy of a contrast if they choose, and therefore I am. suxions to correct the misspprehension which probably my judgment has given rise to.
