POST OFFICE NOTICE
Chaly fully prepaid letters and postcards are transmissible by the SIBERIAN Route to EUROPE.
The Public as informed that the Christmas and New Year Parcel mail to the United Kingdom and other countries in Enrope will be closed in this office at 5 pm. on Friday, the 11th of November, 1910. This parcul mail by the long sen route vin Gibraltar is das in London on the 17th of December. Parcels may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra fee of 60 cents. Such parcels are due to reach London with the Lotter mail on the 9th December.
Parcela containing any article of Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of their value. All Insured parcels must be sealed. All the meals on the parcel must be of the same kind of sud must bear distinct impressions of some private device. This device must be the same ou each seal, Strait, Curred, Dotted or Crossel lines are not admissable. Buttons or Coins must not be used for sealing parcels.

The Clarke of the Post Office are strictly forbidden to soal parcels or to affix Declaration Forms or Stamps ou Parcels or Letters, for the Fublic, Parcels that in the opinion of a Postal officer do not comply with the above regniations will not he uecepted.
The Kwanglah, with the Biberian mall, is expected to arrive here to-day.
The Tonkin, with the French mail of the 23rd September, left Saigon on Friday, the 21st inst., at 3 p.m., and may be expected here on or about Monday, the 24th inst
The Oceanien, with the Siberian mail, is due to arrive here on Monday, the 24th inst.
