The Public so informed that the Christmas and New Year Parcel sail to the United Kingdom and other countries in Europe will be closed in this offer at 5 pm. on Friday, the 12th of November, 1910. This parcel mail by the long we route via Gibraltar is due in London on the 17th of December. Parcels may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra fee of 60 cents, Bach parcels are due to reach London with the Latter mail on the 9th December.
Parcels containing any article of Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of their value. All Insured parcels must be sealed. All the seals on the parcel must be of the ama lad of wax and rouet hear distinot impressions of some pritate device. This device must be the same on each seal, Strait, Carved, Dotted or Crossed lines are not admissable. Butions or Coins must not be need for sending paroole.

The Clerics of the Foat Office are strictly forbidden to soal parcels or to affix Declaration Forms or Stamps on Parcels or Lotters, for the Publis Parcels that in the opinion of the officer nocepting the same do not comply with the above regulations will not be accepted.
The China, with the American mail, is due to arrive here to-day. The T. E. Friedrich, with the Siberian mail, is due to arrive here to-day.
The Prinzess Alice, with the German mail of the 21st alt. left Singapore on Saturday, the 16th inst, at 10a.m., and may be expected here to-morrow, at 3 p.m.
The Express of China, with the Canadian mail, left Shanghai on Monday, the 17th inst. nt 7 p.m., and may be expected here on or about Thursday, the 20th Inst., at 9 a.m.
