After hearing the evidence Commander Basil Taylor, E.N., the Marine Magistrate, held that the Charles Hardouin failed to keep well clear of the Kinshan as required by rule No. 19; that she did attempt to
cross ahead of the Kinshan thereby offending against Rule 22.
The defendant was fined $150 or two months
imprisonment.
