On Saturday, the 1st, and on Monday, the 3rd of January, 1910, the office will be open fro 8401 9 . In the event of the arrival of the French Mail from Earope on the 3rd January, the Post Offles will open for one hour only for the delivery thereof.
There will bo one delivery and one collection of lottors as on Sunday, and the Money Order Office will be entirely closed on the abovə dates.

Consignees of Cargo by the above-armed Vossel are hereby informed that their Goods are being landed and placed AT THEIR RISK in the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godoyo Company's Godowns at Kowloou, where each consignment will be sorted out Mark by Mark and delivery can be obtained as soon as the Gods are landed.
This vessel brings on Cargo:--

Damaged packages must he left in the Go- downs for examination by the Consignee's and the Company representative at an appointed- hour. having arrived, Consignees of Cargo are hereby. informed that their Goods, with the exception of Opium, Treasure and Valuables, ave being landed and stored at their risk into the hazar dons and/or extra hazardous Godowns of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company. Limited, Kowloon, and West Point Godowns, whence delivery may be obtained.
No claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all goods remaining undelivered after the 5lat inst. will be subject to rent.
All broken, chafed, and daniaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on 31st inst, at 9.30 A.M.
The M.M. str. Nere with the French Mail of the 5th inst, and mails from London of the 4th inst, left Singapore via Saigon on the 28ther inst., at 6 s., and is expected to arrive here on or about the 4th prox, and will probably leave for Shanghai and Japan on the same afternoon.

The CPR.. Empress of China left Tancouver for Hongkong on the 10th instant am, vis the usual porta of call
- THE AMERICAN MAIL. The P.M. str. Aets left Yokohama on the 27th instant, and is scheduled to arrive at this port on the 5th prox.

The Dodwell's New York Line str. Wray Castle left. Karatsu on the 25th inst, and may be expected to arrive in Hongkong to-day,
The P. & 0. str, Sumatra left Singapore for this port on the 25th ixat, at 3 pm, and is due here to-morrow, at about 4 p.m.
The str. Knight of Thistle left Taooms on the 18th instant for Yokohama, Kobe, Moji, Hongkong and Manila.
The Bank Line.str. Oceano laft Vancouver on the 21st inst. for Hongkong via Japan ports. The N.L.K. str. Totomi Mare (Bombay Line) left. Siugapore on the 25th inat, and fa expected here on the 3rd-prox.
The NY.K. str. Tango Maru (European Line) left Moji on the 27th instant, and is expected here on the 3rd pros.
The H.-A. Linie str. Brasilia left Bangkok on the 28th inat, u, and may be expected. here on or about the 4th
prox.
The Danish str. Indien left Port Said on the 20th instant, and may be expected here on or about the 17th prox.
The Eng Hok Fong S.B. Co.'s str. Persia sailed for Hongkong, ria Mazatlan suă Guay- mas on the 21st inst, and is due here on or about the 24th prox.
