Tamar; Mr. Donald Mcdonald, of Macdonald & Co., engineers, and Mr. William James Best, ebief engineer aa Lightning---The inquiry was held at the instance of the Pacifio-Mail Co., for whom Mr Gedge, of Mesars, Johnson, Stokes and astor, appeared to prosecute.
