The despatch from Shanghai on September 11th, by the Kobe Mars is cancelled owing to the steamer's boilers being oleated. Muils will be sent via Chefoo on Beptember 10th.
The maile vis Dalay ved Harbin are now being deepatched under normal conditions, with the exception of the above.
The P. E. Friedrich, with the Gorman mail of the 12th August, left Bingapore on Friday, the 3d inst., at 5p.m., and may be expected here to-morrow, at 8 am.
The Oceanien, with the French Mail of the 18th Augast, left. Singapore on Monday, the 6th inst at 430 pm., and may be expected here on or about Monday next, the 18th inst. This packet brings replies to latters despatched from Hongkong on the 10th July.
