4. The attention of those desirous of tendering is drawn to the following terms:-

(c), Each tenderer should specify in full, in English, and in the vernsonlar language of the tenderer, the names, residence and occupations of the persons tendering, and similar information regarding any security or any partner that the tenderer wishes to propost.
(4) The successful tenderer will be called upon to enter a contract under the provisions of the Proclinations named in Sebedule A appended.
(e) Copies of the the Forms of Contraste for the Farms may be seen on application st the Offices of the said SECRETARY, at Sandakan, or of Messey, GUTHRIE & Co., at Singapore, or of Masers. GIBE, LIVINGSTON & Co., at Hongkong.
(f) The necessful tenderer will be required to deposit with the Finance Commi Sandakan, Security to the value of three:

Then they must get their naval personnel efficient, up to date, an thoroughly trained, and the type of ship and the number of ships will inevitably fellow.
