NORTH FORMOSA.

The Trade of North Formors for the Year 1908 by Mr. Consul Chalmers states:

Trade of the year. The total trade of Tamsi and Keelung, in North Formosa, for the year 1900 amenated to 4,055,9651. ns against 3,603,4521. in 1907, showing an increase of 452,513. Of this increase over 390,000, was in the trade with Japan.
