having arrived, Consignes of Cargo are hereby informed that their Goods with the exception of Opiam, Treasure and Valuables, are being landed and stored at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godewas of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company, Limited, Kowloon, and West
Sondakan, up to 12 o'clock noon, on the 1st day of OCTOBER, 1909, for the purchase of the exclu sive privileges of the Farms described below for a period of one, two or three years commencing on the 1st January,

2. Any person either for himself alone or for himself and others, may, either in person or by agent duly accredited in writing, on any date prior to the said noon of the 1st October next, submit to the suid Secretary at Sandakan, any tunder he may think it for all or any of the Farms, provided saol tender is in conformity with the terms of tendering hereinafter sat out and fulfile all the conditions required of the Former.
