The Opium and Spirit Farmers may fix their own prices for supplying the Opium and Spirit Farm Shops wholesale with Chandu and Spirits.
During the poutinuance of the Farm period, the Opium and Spirit Farmers will be entitled to the use of a Trade-mark (to be approved by Government) to be affixed to any Opiums or Chandu prepared by them, and to any ressel containing Spirits for sale.
