gives by Rear. Admical Sir Thomas Cochrane to
the Chinese Commissioner and suite,

: the Haq ship Agincourt, in Hongkong Harbour,
was in such a state of intoxication as to attract
public attention.
That's the said Honble J. W. Hulme
Exope on Thursday the 23rd day of July in the year 1846, at the residence of the Souble Major. General George D' Aguilar, C. B., at Victoria,
in the Island of Hongkong, intoxicated and unable to take care

deeply
of himself.
And that the said Honble. J.
