Mr. Churchill, M.P., responding to the toast of "His Majesty's Ministers," proposed by Sir William Holland, said he thought the Board of Trade might claim very good and friendly relations with the chambers of commerce of the country. It was the desire of the Board of Trade to cultivate such relations. They were anxious to cultivate in every way a close con nexion between the olmmbain of conamereo of the great cities of the country and the commercial and trade organizations connected with the Government of the country.
