The Devonhe, with the English mall of the 25th December, laft Singapore on Saturday, the 161b inst., at 10.30 am, and may be expected her on or about Thurday, the Elst instant, at Sam. This packet brings replies to letters despatebod from Hongkong or the 24th Nov., and the parcel rails closed in Londor for despatch by the all ses route on the 16th December, and for despatch overland on the 23rd December.
