Follock, K.C., Instruoted by Mr. H. J. Godge (of Mosers, Joknou, Bloke and Master) appeared for the appellants, and Mr. M. W. Slade, instructed by Mr. C. E. H. Bravis (of Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist) represented the respondent.
