They were, Wong Chin Kwai, farmer, Tee Mat Fat, schoolmaster, and Wong Fam Ho hawker, and they were accused of basing on or about the 2nd December 1996 at Kan Yayehsa, New Territory, feloniously, wilfully and of their malice aforethought killed and murdered Wong Sam San, Wong Ting Fat, and Lok Bang.
