The Budget Committee of the Reichstag han noncladed its discussion of the new German. Navy Bill and recoramands the Reichstag to pase the measure, without further alteration. The proportion of the total cost of the navy which is to be borne by the ordinary naval estimator is fixed by the Navy Law & por cent. The committee has decided that thin smeunt
not sufficient and has resolveil that, in addition to the total cost of armsments, the estimates ought to provide for a higher per centage of the cost of the ships in proportion to the reduction in the age of battleship.
The North-German Gazette has received n telegram from Baron von Würtzburg in which the president of the Bavarian section of the Navy Longuo states that notwithtanding Sunday's menting at Cassel, the Bavarians continue to regard themselves as members of the League.
