CHRISTMAS CARDs (if prepaid at Printed Matters rates) must be posted elther in an un- fartor ad cnvelope or in a cover which can be easily removed for the purpose of examination without breaking any heal, tearing soy paper or separating any adhering surfaces. Covers may; however, be sequred with string.
