Parcels for the United Kingdom-vIA GIBRALTAR-Posted up to 5 pm, on Friday, the Jat Norimber, aro due in London about the 7th of December,, and these posted up to 5 pm on Friday the 15th November,bre duo iz Lendon on the 21st December,

With an additional fee of 60 conte, parcels may be forwarded VIA BRINDIST and if posted Lefore 5 pm. on the 15th November, would accompany the letter mail, dus la London on the 16th December.

Parcels intended for New Year's delivery should also be forwarded by the mail of the 15h Nowmler, as the rest porcel mail of the 29th November is not dae in London till. the 4 January, 1908, unless they are posted to be forwarded overland VIA BRINDISI in which erre an additical fee of 60 cents must be paid, such parsels are due in London about the 3 th December.

The rates of postage on ordinary parcels are as follows:-

For a parcel not exceeding 3 lbs. in weight

Under no circumstances will parcel weighing over 11 tha. be forwarded. All parcels containing jewellery or say article of gold or silver must be insured, all insured parcels must be sealed. The seals must bear the impression of a device or private mark. Coins must not be used for sealing purposes.

On and from the 20th instant, the British Post Office, at Tientsin will be closed. The Hoon, with the German mail of the 10th September, left Singapore on Friday, the 4th inst., at 11 x.m, and may be expected here to-day,

The Ernest wows, with the French mail of the 13th Sant, left Bingapore on Sunday. the Gb izsist, at 7 am, and may be expected here on or about Sunday, the 13th instant. This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 10th August.

The T.KK. str. Hongkong Maru sailed from Yokohama "on'the 2nd inst., and is due to arrive at this port via Manila on 12th inst.

The Indo-Chins atr. Feoksing from Calcutta And the Straits, lo't Singapore for this port on 4th inst, at Ila.m.

The Indo-China str. Kurung left Calcutta for this port via the Straits on 30th ult, and may be expected here on or about 16th inst.
