Mr. Justice Pickford, in giving judgment, said he thought that the creditor should be restrained. It might by correct to say that section 87 of the Companies Act, 1862, did unt apply to an action in any Court but au English Court. But the application was under section 85. He did not think that there could be any doubt that if this arrest had taken place in England se would bars had power to grant the one creditor obtaining an adrentage over the injunction, one object of which was to prevent other creditors.
