Any Cargo impeding her discharge will be landed into the hexardous and/or extra hazardous Godowns of the Hongkong and Kowloga Wharf and Godown Company, Limited, and stored at Consignees' risk and expense,
All Claims must be presented within ten days of the steamer's ar ival boro after which date they cannot be recoguised.
No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 5th Sept, will be subject to rent.
