It will be remembered that by the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance of 1903-which it was hoped would be the last word on a thorny subject --it was anticipated that builders would be forced

A Tokyo dispatch sarerts that it is a fact that the Great Northern Steamship Company is endeavouring to sell the Minnesota to the Nippon Yasen Kaisha or Toya Kisen Kaisku, but adds that there is no trath in the report that the latter firm has decided to buy her.
