INTERESTING EVIDENCE.

The Royal Commission on shipping Rings met on March 19 at Winchester House, London. The Rt. Hon. Arthur Cohon, K.C., prasided, Some highly interesting evidence in regard to feights from and to China, ns they are affected by the Conference, was given by Mr. Charles Schlee, who represented the East India and China section of the London Chamber of Commerce. The nature of the interests he had in the operation of shipping rings was as a skipper produce from China. We give it se reproduced in the N.-C. Daily News:"
