two such Fractional Certificates on or before TOTAL FUNDS at lar Duormner, 1805 the 1st day of July, 1907, and pay the first instalment in respect thereof.
6. That after payment of the first instal- ment and pooding payment of the remaining instalment, Sarip Certificates in such form as the Directors may determine be issued in respect of such New Shares entitling the holders on payment of the remaining instal mout, and subject to such other terms as to approval, date for lodging scrip certificates and otherwise as the Directors may prescribe, taba registered as the owners of the Shares respectively represented by such Scrip Corti- festes,
7. That interest at the rate of 5 per contam per apam be allowed out of the profits of the Company iustalments paid in advance of the dates when the same becomo due, and that registered holders of Scrip Cortificates for New Shares be entitled in respect of such Now Shares to participate in future dividends on sa equality with the old shares, in pro portion to the instalments paid up, and from due dates for payment of same.
9. That interest at the rate of 8 per centum per azuia be charged on each instalment not punctually paid, and be paid with each such instalment.
9. That all moneys received from premium on the said New Shares be added to the Reserve Funda.
