with this Despatch a certified_ Copy of
Ordinance Nz 2 of 1847, entitled, " An Ordinance to provide for a Church in Victoria in the Seland of Strugtong."
It appeared desirable that the management. of the Church and its
ids should be vested in Trustees, and

that these should be appointed in the proportions of the Government. and private contributions respectively, nanny
