Mr. Slade printed out that order had beca made for the payment of costs, which land not been complied with by the plaintiff.

M- Caltrop said that the costs tared included eosis prior to the date of the non-appearance of plaintiff and amounted in all to $603 for one day's non-appearance. If the costs prior to that data were omitted it would make a difference of $200. The order was fer costs incurred by the non-appearance. On the pleadings the defend. unt admilfod thus: plaintiff was the daughter of the deceased and was therefors entitled to half the estate, the only question between them being whether the defendant was the sun, The defendunt obtained lottors of administration and the plaintiff was moving to baro the administration set aside.
