The Board, through its Secretary, shall maze Yearly Statements of the Accounts of the Company from the let day of January to the 31st stay of December, in atch and every year, which shall be daly sudited and presented to the Shareholders, at each of the Ordinary Meetings of the Company, together with a Report on the general position of the Company.
That the Board, through its Secretary, shall make a Statement of the Accounts of the Company as from the 1st day of May, 1905, to the 31st day of Dosember, 1905, which shall be duly audited and presented to the Shareholders at the next Ordinary Mooting of the Company to bo hold during 1906 and that, inasmuch as the Accounts of the Company have already bayn audited and presented to the Shareholders to the 30th April, 1905, no further or other Statomeute of the Accounts of the Com pany for the year 1903, shall be called for by or presented to the Shareholders iz respect of Article 130
