ALLEGED MURDER BY ITALIANY. The two Italians, Antonio and Govani, who were formerly charged with the commission of the crime of murder within the jurisdiation of the Italian Conan at Koutso, Yunnan, appeare before his Worship.
They were again remanded for a week, the accessary papers tot having been received.
ONSTRUCTION.
Two contractors were charged with obstruot ting certain side walks at East Point. They were found guilty, the first defendant being 59fined $25 and the second $15.
